If you are happy with the quote, we purchase the computer, set it up, transfer the files from your old computer, install any programmes you require and set up your existing printer, scanner etc and configure your existing internet account Using a computer shop for upgrades or help with problems usually means packing your computer up and leaving it with the shop for a period of time. This can be quite inconvenient. Shop repairs can also be very expensive. We can offer all these services and provide you with solutions in the comfort of your own home. During the repair or upgrade, we are more than happy to explain exactly what work we are doing, and can also advise you on how to avoid future problems. We also offer a full PC Health-check in your home. We spend an hour or so checking that your PC security is completely up to date and make recommendations for improvements where necessary. We also check that all updates for your operating system, programmes and peripherals are installed correctly and finally, make sure your PC is performing as well as it should be.
