We discuss your computing aspirations and then send you a no-obligation quote, usually containing a few options of varying prices. Remember, our quotes are all written in plain English! Once you have chosen your computer, we order it and have it delivered to our warehouse where we set it up, finalise the operating system installation, register and validate the software in your name, remove trial and unnecessary software and configure the machine to run at its optimum performance capability. We also install, register and update our own suite of security including firewall, antivirus, antispam and anti spyware. The PC is then delivered to you and set up. This includes connecting up to existing equipment such as printers, scanners and your existing broadband. We also include quality time to ensure you are comfortable with the new machine and know where everything is! Any existing data from old / existing computers can be transferred to the new PC at this point.
